Thinking of Visiting?

We hope you will! We know that visiting a church for the first time can be a little daunting, especially because you don’t know anyone and you aren’t familiar with the customs of the church. Here are the most common concerns:

What do I wear?
We are in Arizona! Dressing up in formal attire can be very uncomfortable, especially in the summer. Please, be comfortable. You will see slacks and shorts, skirts and dresses, jeans and t-shirts, and some love to wear their Sunday best! Jesus wants you here. He doesn’t care what you wear.

Are children welcome?

Of course! Children are welcome to fully participate in worship and church life. We have Sunday school following our service for ages 3 and above. (pictures)

What is your Sunday morning schedule?
We have one worship service that begins at 10 a.m. It typically lasts 50 minutes to an hour. (link to “What Are Services Like?” sub-menu button under “We Worship” menu button). That’s followed by a time of fellowship when we share in refreshments and snacks and catch-up with one another’s lives. Our spiritual formation classes for both our children and adults starts around 11:15 a.m. and we conclude by noon.
